Production Specialist
The production specialist is responsible for general housekeeping of the production area, cleanroom, lab room, and storage room. Duties may include packing, case making, inspecting, inventory keeping, and other general factory tasks in accordance with established standard operating procedures, specifications, and guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
Jr. Medical Device Engineer
The position includes working with our engineering team to design and develop medical devices specifically vascular access catheters. Experience with the design control process for material/design/process changes to existing product lines as well as new products with well documented research/analysis is preferred. Responsibilities may include drafting process validations, troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment, generating manufacturing processes, writing protocols and reports, and working with cross functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required. Experience with FDA and ISO guidelines are also preferred.
Medical Device Packaging Operator
The medical device packaging operator is responsible for packaging finished assemblies and components in a cleanroom. Operators will be assigned to a workstation or an automated assembly machinery after training. Operators must adhere to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes, and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Must be able to read and follow work orders, accurately complete all essential documentations (ie. Device Master Records (DMR’s), Lot History Records (LHR’S), Inspection Records and Validation Documentation, and perform quality testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies are accurate. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous related work experience and/or training is a plus. Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in English is required. Training will be provided.
